Parts Coordinator


Parts procurement is always a significant opportunity to improve quality, speed and cost performance. The parts procurement objective is simple: Get the right quality parts at the right time.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Work closely with the Damage Assessment Team (DAT) to identify parts and hardware needs; Availability, Estimated Time of Arrival, Manufacturers Suggested List Price (MSRP)
  • Order Parts
  • Check-In Parts and Quality Inspection with mirror matching
  • Delivery to technician and verification


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2-years Experience, Parts Procurement
  • Will provide training
